Dubai Islands A by Nakheel Properties brings apartments and townhouses to Dubai Islands, a five-island waterfront destination linked to the mainland by bridges and water transport. Scheduled for handover in 2026, the project forms part of a broad coastal master plan combining homes, hotels, beaches, parks, golf courses and leisure venues. Across the islands, more than 50 km of coastline includes around 20 km of beaches, while nearly 2 km is allocated to parks and open spaces.

Located in northern Dubai, the development pairs a quieter seaside setting with connections to the city centre and other established districts. Central Island is planned as the principal lifestyle and entertainment hub, with a shopping centre, cultural and arts district, water park, surfing zone, water sports centre and recreation areas. Sea-view accommodation, sandy shores and Arabian Gulf-facing golf courses further shape a setting intended for everyday living, tourism and leisure.
